BUYER BEWARE!

Truth in Attorney advertising is an ethical requirement of the State Bar of Nevada. Misleading ads which promise big results and little prices may generate business but 'buyer beware'. Potential Clients need to ask how many actual trials the Attorney has conducted. Potential Clients need to ask if the Attorney goes to trial or just pleads Clients guilty. Potential Clients need to beware of scare tactics in which Attorneys claim Clients will go to jail if they don't hire the right Attorney. Potential Clients need to beware of claims that the charge carries  'mandatory' jail. Don't just read the big sign!
